Laurence Dresner

Laurence Dresner is a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), a designation conferred on individuals who have passed a rigorous series of comprehensive tests and maintain annual continuing education requirements.  He's been a financial planner for over fifteen years.

Mr. Dresner is also an author, columnist, and public speaker.  His book is titled Personal Finance for Clergy. He has written articles that have appeared in Financial Planning Magazine (“Ministering to the Clergy”, Dec 2005), the Journal of Practical Estate Planning (June 2006), local newspapers, and web sites.  The Electronic Accountant interviewed him for an article (Nov. 2001) about practitioners specializing in serving clergy titled “Clients of the Cloth”. His newsletter “Your Financial Advisor” is distributed to over 4,000 readers.  Mr. Dresner has given seminars at the Academy for Jewish Religion and the Jewish Theological Seminary as well as teaching adult education courses.  He has served as a board member on his temple's Executive Committee, Board of Trustees and was the investment manager for his temple's endowment fund.  Mr. Dresner is a member of Toastmasters International and several financial industry organizations including the Financial Planning Association (FPA) and National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP).

Prior to being a financial planner, Laurence was a music composer for theatre and cabaret in New York City. He has a Masters degree in music from the New England Conservatory of Music, and Bachelor degrees in music and business communications from SUNY. He is the proud father of his incredible children Rebecca and Stephen.

Najala Kirdahy

Najala Kirdahy has 12 years of experience in the field of wealth management and retirement planning.

Ms. Kirdahy became affiliated with American Express Financial Advisors (currently Ameriprise Financial) first in a Compliance capacity and then as a Financial Advisor. Ms. Kirdahy’s tenure with Ameriprise Financial spanned 18 years.

Ms. Kirdahy received her Bachelor degree, Pre-Law, from Saint John’s University and completed a year of law school at New York Law (NYLS), downtown Manhattan, before rejoining the financial industry. Ms. Kirdahy holds Series 7, 63, 66, and Life, Accident, and Health Insurance licenses in multiple states.

Ms. Kirdahy’s focus has been to guide her client’s financial needs in evolving financial climates, through the conception of pension plans, trusts, investment and insurance products. Her focused expertise includes investments, estate and retirement planning, in addition to a variety of life insurance products including; survivorship life, premium-financed life, qualified life and traditional life polices.

Financial Consultant Najala Kirdahy is a registered representative of and offer securities, investment advisory and financial planning services through LPL Financial, Member FINRA/SIPC.

Amanda W. O’Neal

Amanda O’Neal has extensive and wide-ranging experience in underwriting. Skilled at negotiating with insurance carriers and facilitating the complex intricacies of getting policies written, Ms. O’Neal succeeds with such an effortless manner that others might think her job is easy – until they learn just how many client cases she works on concurrently. The life insurance policies Ms. O’Neal is responsible for putting in force means she is in constant contact with representatives from major financial institutions throughout the world.

In addition to being an adroit communicator, underwriting requires an analytical approach and to this Ms. O’Neal is a seasoned veteran. Before joining the Greco Planning Group, Ms. O’Neal built a thriving career as a financial planner with Ameriprise Financial (formerly American Express Financial Advisors). With regard to stocks, bonds, REITS, mutual funds, trusts, and all insurance products, Ms. O’Neal’s expertise was heavily sought by approximately 800 of her own clients. As her business grew, Ms. O’Neal took on even more responsibility in running a branch and hiring and training new advisors.

Ms. O’Neal was raised in South Carolina. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from Wofford College and earned additional graduate credits from Michigan State University. Ms. O’Neal also holds Series 7, 66, and Life, Accident, and Health Insurance licenses.
